Wine School Belvin seminar entitled Skills tasting wine - 1 rate. The seminar will be held on 20th, 27th 11. and 4 12, 2006, between 18.00 and 21.15. The seminar will be taught Dušan Brejc, dr. July Nemanič and dr. Mojmir Wondra.
The seminar is aimed at people who want to learn wine tasting skills and knowledge to use it in everyday contact with wine as well as those wishing to refresh knowledge of wine and glean valuable supplement and tasting experience.
It is aimed at professionals and enthusiasts who want to systematically and supplemented their knowledge about wine.
The objectives of the seminar
- know the basics of wine tasting;
- acquire knowledge on the concepts of discourse of the wine, allowing the description of wine;
- learn the basic errors in the wine.
Prerequisites
It is desirable for a course "Knowledge of wine," or similar background.
At the conclusion of the seminar you will know how to describe a good wine by 18 parameters. You'll understand what we need to focus in color, smell and taste of wine. You know the basic error of wine. Wines you can understand much more than before the course and you to them more critical.

12 school hours (3 × 4 hours)

- how wine is perceived through the senses;
- what are the techniques of wine tasting;
- appearance of the wine;
- smell of wine;
- wine in the mouth;
- to describe a wine terms;
- how to create an impression of the wine (determine ekstraktnosti, aromaticity, full of wine);
- tell us about the wine's appearance, smell, taste;
- error of wine.
